In accordance with the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai, and as per building management policies, all guests are kindly required to provide a digital copy of their passport prior to arrival. This procedure is mandated by local authorities for identity registration purposes and ensures a safe and well-organized stay for all parties.

A late check-in fee of 150 AED applies for arrivals after 9:30 PM. One of our team members will personally meet you for check-in.

Early Check-in: Available upon request for 150 AED before the regular check-in time, subject to availability.

Please handle access cards with care. A fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost cards.

Kindly refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 4,000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning of the home.

Additional housekeeping services are available on request at an additional charge.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out can be granted if available and on request. Late check-outs without our consent, are subject to additional fees.
